Hey, I actually used it at like 17 weeks and it burnt and caused major cramping for me. I had to go to the ER I was in so much pain, and they told me not to use monistat for it isnt pregnancy safe. If you tell your OB about your yeast infection he will prescribe you something that is pregnancy safe icon smile Im 9 weeks pregnant and have a yeast infection. my doctor told me to use monostat but im scared. has Good Luck!!!

Hey. Don't worry. Monistat is perfectly fine and safe to take during pregnancy. Your doctor wouldn't tell you to use it if it would hurt. also, during my pregnancy at around 12 weeks pregnant or so, i got a yeast infection and my doctor told me to take the monistat cream as well. He assured me it was safe and wouldn't hurt anything. so i took it, and cleared up my yeast infection and every thing was just fine with my baby. i had a very healthy baby. Its not good during pregnancy to leave an infection untreated. you need to get it cleared up.
