Please help as i am freaking out.

About a month ago i noticed a bump in my pubic region & for some reason i started freaking out panicing thinking i had herpes. I went to the doctors & had it checked out my doctor told me it was an ingrown hair she popped it & a hair came out. I was still freaking out & asked her to check me for everything including herpes. I also had her check around everywhere & she said it looked fine. I got the test results back a week later & was negative for everything.

Ever since then i am still super paranoid & think i have herpes all the time.
For the past few months i've had really bad itching.
Well a few weeks ago i noticed small white bumps in my vagina (haven't been with anyone since tested) so i went into a panic attack thinking i had herpes & went to the hospital bawling my eyes out.
The doctor looked & said no way it was herpes it's just a yeast infection. They gave me a pill & said it should go away. Well the itching went almost all the way away but the small bumps are still there.

So now again i am going into a panic attack thinking i have herpes. I dont know why i'm so paranoid but i'm freaking out because the yeast infection would have gone away if thats what it was. I have had a thick white discharge for a while which is what the doctor said is cuz of the infection & the infection is probably cuz i don't usually wear underwear. I haven't had any burning or pain peeing or anything.

I'm 18 years & don't know what to do i want to go back to the E.R. because im freaking out that theyre not gone but my mom won't let me. I'm worried that the blood test was wrong in saying i'm negative because i had protected sex with someone but the condom couldve come off. I had sex june 20th & i got tested august 20th so it could be wrong. I don't know why i'm so paranoid about this it's all i think about every day someone please help
