I have not bled in the whole time I have had my iud in.. ( 3 years ) and I got a yeast infection last week.. Now I'm Am bleeding.. It's not a heavy flow, just when I pee…. I have been very nauseous and oh so tired lately. I believe there is a possibility I could be pregnant… Yet it could also be nothing.. The only other time I have EVER gotten a yeast infection was five Yeats ago during my first pregnancy!!! Help!!! I am hoping this is normal…. Although I do have a dr app tomorrow

Spotting like you've described is common for IUD users, maybe you've had it before and just not noticed? Or maybe the blood you're seeing is in your urine and you could have a UTI.

Grab an over the counter pregnancy test if you want for in the mean time, and bring up all your concerns to your doctor tomorrow. Might be worth it to get a pelvic exam to make sure the IUD is still properly in place.
