itchy bumps inside vulva?

Okay, so I notice a few days ago that it was itchy down there. I looked at it, and there's lots of dark bumps towards the bottom of the vulva on both sides…. though later I realized those weren't what was itchy. I found smaller, less noticeable bumps on the insides of my labia minora. If I even brush these they will get itchy! and the more I itch them, the itchier they seem to get!

anyways, I talked with a friend who works in a woman's health clinic, and she told me to try Monistat7. So tonight I tried both the internal and external creams. At this point (a few days after I first got it) the itching has been much less. So then I try the internal cream… and it seemed to just make it itchy and irritated again! there's kind of a burning too. I know some of the internal cream got onto the itchy bumps… and thats causing it to be irritated?? and I feel like the inside of my vagina is now irritated too….

Idk, I assume this is yeast infection. but I'm not sure. If this doesn't start to go away in a few days, I will see a Gyno, but for now– This is REALLY annoying!!!

could anyone give me some advice on this?
