I am trying to find a natural acne pill that will not really affect my blood sugars and also don't contain any yeast. I looked at Nature's Cure for women but discovered it had yeast in it. Diabetic women are prone to yeast infections and i am certainly trying to avoid getting one. I try to keep my blood sugars will maintained and low but i still get these horrible break outs. Tired of using products for the outside of my face, i need something that works from the inside out. Any suggestions?

Don't take acne pills just take zinc vitamins…zinc is a natural cure for acne…..eat before u take the pills and drink lots of water. U will see a difference in a couple of days
