Painless vaginal bumps? (question is a bit long but please I need help I’m very scared)?

Mmbrra Asked: Painless vaginal bumps? (question is a bit long but please I need help I’m very scared)?

Ok so, about a month ago I got a cut inside my labia minora and was also diagnosed with group b strep. The doctor prescribed this topic antibiotic ointment so I started putting it on twice a day and also taking epsom salt baths. Then I noticed this absolutely painless, tiny bums. 2 on each side of my labia minora and then like 4 or 5 in a row on one side right next to the labia but not on it. I did some research to see if it could be any STDs but it didnt look like anything so I went back to the doctor. He told me it didn't seem to be herpes or anything like that but he did see a bit of yeast so he prescribed this antifungus cream with a bit of yeast killer or something; I dont really remember what he said it was called, but its sppsed to kill yeast. Anyways, it's been several weeks now and I still have those bumps, my vulva area seems to be very red and I have a white vaginal discharge, no pain at all but it itches juuust a little bit at times. the discharge was kind of creamy before but now its going back to the normal consistency, although its still white, not clear. I went to see another doctor yesterday and she told me it could be a yeast infection or BV so she did a swab test. But I just want to know, has anyone had a similar problem? Does anyone know what it can be? I AM REAAALLLYYYY SCAREEDDD!! PLEASEE HELP ME!! I would really appreciate it.

Not to scare you, but I have Genital Herpes and normally with it you get blisters that pop, ooze, and turn into crater-like ulcers. But this last time it was completely different. There weren't any sores or blisters at all, but my labia was extremely red and itchy and I had a milky discharge – also with time the redness became tender to the touch, but still no sores.

Now I'm not proof positive if it was a herpes outbreak or not because I've had herpes for 10 years and never had an outbreak like that before….but it was just my guess that it was simply a milder outbreak. But it could have been anything I guess. When I had the outbreak, I was worried so I looked it up online and I've read of DOZENS of women with itchy, red labias and white discharges that were just as equally perplexed as you are.Let me know what the results are when they come in!Good luck!
